90. Al-Balad - The City (سورة البلد) - Revealed in Makkah
Verse 1 | (90:1)

I swear by this city (Makkah);

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ لَا أُقْسِمُ بِهَذَا الْبَلَدِ
Verse 2 | (90:2)

And you are free (from sin, to punish the enemies of Islâm on the Day of the conquest) in this city (Makkah) ,
